  1. EASY REGISTRATION BY CREDIT CARD

  6. You can order with MC, Visa, Amex, or Discover from Public (software)
  7. Library (PsL) by calling 800-242-4775 or 713-524-6394 or by FAX to
  8. 713-524-6398 or by CIS Email to 71355,470. You can also mail credit
  9. card orders to PsL at P.O. Box 35705, Houston, TX 77235-5705 USA.
  10. Orders are taken by PsL, Monday through Friday until 6 P.M.

  12. IMPORTANT!  Do not send a credit card order to M & R Technologies
  13. or we will return it to you, unprocessed.  All credit card orders
  14. MUST go through PsL. M & R Technologies can only process checks
  15. and money orders in USA DOLLARS ONLY. If you prefer not to pay by
  16. credit card, you can send a check or money order to us. See the
  17. registration form on the Help Menu for more on this. Credit Cards
  18. also allow our overseas customers to order very easily without
  19. worry about currency (rate) conversions, because the credit card
  20. companies take care of this for us!

  22. When you order from PsL, you must provide them with the cardholder's
  23. name, exactly as it appears on the credit card plus the billing
  24. address for the card.  The credit card companies require this
  25. information to allow PsL to process your order.

  30. When ordering, give them product# 14238. This number tells PsL
  31. what program you want and where they should forward your registration
  32. information. Please be sure to reference this number when you order.
  33. Cards & Labels (Product# 14238) is $29.95 plus $4.00 shipping and
  34. handling for US and Canada, $8.00 S/H elsewhere.

  36. Any questions about the status of the shipment of the order, refunds,
  37. registration options, product details, technical support, volume
  38. discounts, dealer pricing, site licenses, non-credit card orders,
  39. etc, must be directed to M & R Technologies, Inc. at the address or

  42. To insure that you get the latest version, PsL will notify us the day
  43. of your order and we will ship the product directly to you. You will
  44. not need to send us the registration form if you order by credit card.
